Buying guide
Tote or box: which insulated shape sells?
A tote carries on the shoulder and takes tall containers and bottles; a box-shaped lunch bag packs flatter and holds temperature a little longer because there is less zip length. For office and adult lunch ranges the tote outsells the box; for children the box is easier to pack.
- Handles: 55–60 cm drop for shoulder carry; reinforce with bar-tacks.
- Base: a removable PE board keeps containers level.
- Print area: the flat front panel is ideal for a logo or an all-over sublimated pattern.

Frequently asked
What is the difference between a lunch tote and a cooler tote?
Mostly size and foam: a lunch tote is usually 6–10 litres with thinner foam, while a cooler tote is 15 litres or more with a thicker wall for picnics or grocery shopping. Both can share the same fabric and handle specification.
Can insulated totes be printed with a logo?
Yes — screen print and heat transfer suit solid-colour fabric; full-surface sublimation suits polyester for all-over designs. Send vector artwork and Pantone C references with your enquiry.
Are the liners food safe?
Standard construction uses PEVA or TPU liners, and food-contact migration testing can be issued per model and market in your buying entity's name before bulk ships.
Not sure which construction fits?
Send the end use, the landed target and the quantity. We come back with two or three candidate models and what each one changes — fabric, liner, foam and carton spelled out.
