For a catalogue model in a stock colour the usual MOQ is 500 pieces per colour. Fully custom shapes with new patterns and tooling normally start at 1,000 pieces per colour, because fabric mills sell insulation liners and coated polyester in minimum dye lots. Small trial runs of 100–300 pieces are sometimes possible on lunch bags and pouches at a higher unit price — ask and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Counter samples take 7–12 days. Bulk production is typically 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, measured from the day materials are booked. Peak season (July to October, before the Christmas shipping window) adds roughly a week, so plan backwards from your on-shelf date and add sea-freight transit of 28–40 days to Europe or the US East Coast.

Standard construction is a PEVA or TPU welded liner over EPE closed-cell foam; aluminium-foil-faced foam is used where a lower price point is needed. A 10 mm foam wall with a welded leak-proof liner and two gel packs holds refrigerated food below 8 °C for roughly 6–8 hours at 25 °C ambient. Thicker 15–20 mm walls, a zip storm flap and a light outer colour extend that.
