Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern a sale — a sale is governed by the signed proforma invoice, purchase order and sales contract agreed between Eggroll International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the buyer for that specific transaction. Where a term here conflicts with a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.

2. Information on this site

Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and images on this site describe tooled models and are indicative. Final dimensions, materials, colours, packaging and performance are fixed by the confirmed counter sample and the order confirmation, not by this website. Tolerances of ±5% on dimensions and ±3% on weight are normal in soft-goods manufacturing.

3. Prices and quotations

No price on this site constitutes an offer. Prices are quoted individually, in writing, in US dollars, and are valid for the period stated in the quotation — normally 30 days. Unless stated otherwise, prices are FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and exclude duties, taxes and destination charges.

4. Performance claims

Where cold-hold times or similar performance figures appear on this site, they are design ranges for the construction described, measured under the stated conditions. They are not a warranty for a specific finished product. We will run a documented test on your approved sample on request, and that test — not this website — is what may be relied upon for packaging claims.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to Eggroll International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. Artwork, trade marks, drawings and technical packs supplied by a customer remain that customer's property and are used only to fulfil that customer's order. Customers warrant that they hold the rights to any artwork they supply.

6. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry creates no contract and no obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry.

7. Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes relating to the website are subject to the courts of Shanghai. Sales contracts contain their own dispute-resolution clause, which prevails for that contract.
