How we quote a custom backpack
A backpack quotation should name the body fabric (600D, 1680D or RPET), the back panel and strap padding, the laptop sleeve size, the zip gauge and the hardware — not just a unit price. The models here are tooled patterns, so a counter sample takes 7–12 days.

What is the MOQ for custom backpacks?
500 pieces per colour for a catalogue model and 1,000 pieces per colour for a new pattern. Logo decoration on a catalogue model does not change the MOQ.
Which fabric is best for a durable backpack?
1680D polyester is the heavy-duty choice; 600D is the cost-effective standard; RPET 600D adds a recycled-content story at roughly 8–15% more on fabric. Specify fabric weight in g/m², not only denier.
Can you add a laptop compartment?
Yes — a padded sleeve sized to the device (13, 15.6 or 17 inch) with a raised base so the laptop does not touch the floor when the bag is set down.
