What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For a catalogue model in a stock colour the usual MOQ is 500 pieces per colour. Fully custom shapes with new patterns and tooling normally start at 1,000 pieces per colour, because fabric mills sell insulation liners and coated polyester in minimum dye lots. Small trial runs of 100–300 pieces are sometimes possible on lunch bags and pouches at a higher unit price — ask and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

How long does production take?

Counter samples take 7–12 days. Bulk production is typically 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, measured from the day materials are booked. Peak season (July to October, before the Christmas shipping window) adds roughly a week, so plan backwards from your on-shelf date and add sea-freight transit of 28–40 days to Europe or the US East Coast.

What insulation do you use, and how long will a bag hold temperature?

Standard construction is a PEVA or TPU welded liner over EPE closed-cell foam; aluminium-foil-faced foam is used where a lower price point is needed. A 10 mm foam wall with a welded leak-proof liner and two gel packs holds refrigerated food below 8 °C for roughly 6–8 hours at 25 °C ambient. Thicker 15–20 mm walls, a zip storm flap and a light outer colour extend that. We publish this as a design range, not a marketing claim — we can run a timed temperature test on your approved sample and send you the log.

Can you match my brand colours and print my logo?

Yes. Screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation on polyester, embroidery, woven labels, silicone and PU patches, and full-surface sublimated fabric are all available. Send Pantone TCX or TPG references for fabric and Pantone C for print. Colour matching is done on a lab dip you approve before bulk dyeing.

Do you sell stock without customisation?

Yes. Every model in this catalogue exists as a tooled pattern, and many run in stock colourways. If you need a fast first order to test a market, ask for the current stock list before committing to a custom programme.

What are your payment terms?

30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading is standard. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 30,000. We can also invoice through Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer escrow on a first order.

Which Incoterms and ports do you work with?

EXW, FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, CIF and DDP are all quoted. Most customers take FOB Shanghai and nominate their own forwarder. We consolidate multiple models into one shipment at no extra handling charge.

Can you supply test reports and compliance documents?

Yes — EU REACH SVHC, California Proposition 65, FDA food-contact testing for liners, EN 71-3 for children's school bags, and phthalate testing. Our management systems are certified to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and the Shanghai site has been through an amfori BSCI full social audit. Reports are issued in your buying entity's name when you need them for customs or retailer onboarding.

Do you accept small trial orders or samples before bulk?

Yes. Stock samples ship within 3–5 days for a sample fee plus courier; custom counter samples take 7–12 days. Sample charges are credited back against the first bulk order.

How do you handle quality control?

Inline checks at roughly 20% and 80% of the run, plus a pre-shipment inspection to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor, covering measurement, stitching density, zip cycle test, liner leak test, print adhesion and carton drop. You are welcome to send your own inspector or book SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek — we hold the container until the report is released.
